Photo Gallery down the coast of Vietnam

The Year of the Horse
This is the point where I had bought a new SD memory card for my camera; I was worried that I'd run out of storage capacity.  I proceeded to take about 16gb of photos upon leaving Hanoi, all the way down through Hué, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat and into Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) but...... well, maybe it'll teach me not to take so many photos.  The card got corrupted somehow and they are gone, GONE; non recoverable so I'm told.  And, yes, I did want to cry.

I normally offload my photos onto my PC immediately but, of course, I didn't take my PC with me on this journey.  To make matters worse, Paraic took very few as he was relying on me to be the official photographer so only a little help from that quarter, I'm afraid.  I did manage to get some from Karen but I'm still missing huge chunks.  Here are a few that I have managed to assemble so thanks to Paraic, Karen and Myra for filling in where they could.

The original text postings which apply to these photos were published between the 2nd and 5th of February.
